SUNY Upstate Medical University and area SUNY institutions share $18M state grant to enhance education, training

Upstate Medical University will share an $18 million state grant with four other SUNY institutions—Onondaga Community College, Morrisville State College, SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, SUNY Oswego—to establish a consortium that will provide students and businesses access to the advanced labs and simulation centers in the areas of health, biomedical services and biosciences, advanced manufacturing, agribusiness and food processing.

The Princeton Review names SUNY Oswego a “Best in Northeast” college again for 2016

 

 

SUNY Oswego appears on The Princeton Review’s recently released “Best in the Northeast” recommended schools for 2016.  The educational services company rated SUNY Oswego one of the top 225 colleges in the 11-state region as part of its “2016 Best Colleges: Region by Region.”

SUNY Empire Offering New Undergraduate Certificate in Manufacturing Management

Empire State College will begin to enroll students in a newly launched Undergraduate Certificate in Manufacturing Management program designed to help students learn to successfully supervise manufacturing operations, while providing expertise in a variety of areas, such as production planning, inventory management, project management and supply chain management. The first cohort will be admitted for the 2016 Spring 1 term.
