Steps to Request an Official Military Transcript

 

Listed below are the steps to request an Official Military Transcript through Joint Services Transcripts. 

1.       Have the College Information (full name, specific location) readily available.

2.       Log into the JST at https://jst.doded.mil

3.       Click on the “Transcript” link.

4.       Click on the “Official Transcript Request” link and follow the steps.

 

If your school is NOT listed, send an email to the JST Tech/Operations Center at jst@doded.mil

 

Do Not use the “Request for Official Transcript” form if your school is NOT listed.  This will delay your request because the form is forwarded to the JST Tech/Operations Center.
