Army Continuing Education System will release the hold on Soldier accounts that
block tuition assistance (TA) requests as soon as
funding is released from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to the Army's accounting office. At the same time, we will disable the program
that has been rejecting TA requests each day. We anticipate that enrollments will be open soon. We will continue to update you as status changes.
