Tuition Assistance Update for Military

A new statement of Understanding (SOU) has been published to reflect the new Tuition Assistance rules. It has a date of January 2014 in the bottom right corner. Effective immediately, the Army Education Office will not accept any other version of the SOU. You may give the Army Education Office a call if you have any questions, 315-772-6878.
